Dr. Fred Saleh is Professor of Nursing, and Associate Head of School of Nursing. As a leader and international consultant in the field, he possesses over 26 years’ experience in nursing education, training, practice, and curriculum development and evaluation. He has been involved in establishing new nursing schools and colleges, as well as undergraduate, graduate and postgraduate nursing degree programs. He has also been involved in nursing degree programs licensing, accreditation and quality assurance. As a distinguished nursing educator, Professor Saleh received the European AMEE Award for Excellence in Student Engagement. He is on the editorial board of international nursing journals, and an active member of several national and international nursing societies and associations. He has served on several senior and executive committees, and directed and chaired various departments, units and centers. He has supervised graduate and postgraduate students and theses to completion, and he has received several research awards. His research has accumulated over 500 international citations.
