Call for Papers

The Healthovation Conference 2025 invites students, researchers, academics, practitioners, and industry experts to submit their original research contributions for presentation and/or publication. The conference will focus on the transformative role of generative AI in shaping the future of healthcare, education, and related fields.

Topics of Interest include, (but are not limited to):

Full Paper Preparation Guidelines

  • Format: Papers should be prepared in A4 size, single-column format. Use Times New Roman, 12-point font, with 1.5 line spacing. Margins should be set at 1 inch (2.54 cm) on all sides.
  • Title: The title should be concise and reflect the research scope. It should be centered, bold, and in 14-point font.
  • Authors and Affiliation: List all authors' names, affiliations, and email addresses below the title.
  • Abstract: Provide a structured abstract (maximum 250 words) summarizing the research objectives, methods, results, and conclusions.
  • Keywords: Include 4-6 relevant keywords for indexing purposes.
  • Sections: Organize the paper into the following sections: Introduction, Literature Review, Methodology, Results, Discussion, Conclusion, and References.
  • Figures and Tables: Ensure all figures and tables are numbered sequentially with descriptive captions. Place them within the text close to where they are cited.
  • Citations and References: Use APA (7th edition) referencing style for citations and references. Ensure all cited sources are included in the reference list.
  • Plagiarism Check: All papers must be original and will be checked for plagiarism. Any submission with a similarity index above 10% will be rejected.
  • Length: The full paper should not exceed 10 pages, including references, tables, and figures.

Submission Guidelines

  • Submissions must adhere to the provided “Full Paper Preparation Guidelines” or the template available at: https://healthovation.com.au/conference2025/Full-Paper-Template .
  • All submissions should be in PDF / WORD file format only.
  • Authors are required to submit the full-length papers online using the Microsoft CMT platform: Microsoft CMT Submission Portal.
  • To access the submission portal, authors must register an account with Microsoft CMT. If an account already exists, authors can log in directly.

Note:

  1. The submitted full-length papers will be peer-reviewed, and decisions will be communicated to the authors.
  2. After receiving the acceptance notification, authors need to register for the conference.

  4. Only accepted, registered, and presented full-length papers will be published in conference proceedings or journals.

  • All peer-reviewed, accepted, registered, and presented full papers will be considered for publication in conference proceedings, journals, or edited book chapters.
  • Published papers/chapters will be submitted for Scopus indexing.
  • Editors may request further revisions to the full papers even after acceptance notifications are issued.
  • Publishers reserve the right to reject any paper at any stage of the publication process.

Important Notes :

How to Reach IHM North Melbourne Campus

International Visitors

The nearest airport is Melbourne Airport (Tullamarine Airport). Visitors can reach the IHM North Melbourne Campus directly by taxi or rideshare services such as Uber. The distance from the airport to the campus is approximately 18 km, and it takes around 25 minutes in normal traffic. Public transport options include the Skybus from the airport to Southern Cross Station, followed by a tram or train.

National Visitors

Visitors arriving by train can book tickets to Southern Cross Station, the nearest major railway station. From Southern Cross Station, visitors can:

  • Take a taxi or rideshare (approx. 3 km, 10 minutes)
  • Board Tram Route 58 towards West Coburg and get off at Flemington Road tram stop
  • Take a Craigieburn Line train to Flemington Bridge Station, which is the closest railway station to the campus. From Flemington Bridge Station, the campus is a short walk away.

The nearest tram stops are Flemington Road tram stop and Flemington Bridge tram stop, accessible via Tram Routes 57, 58, and 59.

For visitors arriving by bus, the nearest major terminal is Southern Cross Station Coach Terminal, from where taxis, trams, and trains to Flemington Bridge Station are available.
